1. Use of the service

The Site provides a free tool that generates and improves AI prompts based on text you provide. You may use the Site for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to reasonable, good-faith use of the free daily usage limits in place to keep the service available to everyone.

• Generate prompts intended to produce illegal content, hateful content, or content that exploits or harms minors.
• Attempt to abuse, overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent the rate limits or security of the Site.
• Submit input that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

3. No account, no guarantee of availability

The Site does not currently require an account to use the free generator. Because the tool relies on third-party AI providers and a shared free quota, availability, response speed, and daily usage limits may change at any time without notice.

4. Ownership of generated content

You retain the right to use the prompts and text generated for you through the Site. We do not claim ownership over content you generate. However, since prompts are produced by AI, similar or identical prompts may be generated for other users from similar input, and we make no claim of exclusivity over any output.

5. Intellectual property of the Site

The design, code, branding, and original written content of the Site (excluding AI-generated outputs and third-party trademarks) belong to AI Prompt Generator. You may not copy or redistribute the Site's design or codebase without permission.

6. Third-party AI tools and trademarks

References to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, and other AI tools describe the prompt style the Site generates. The Site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Prompt Generator and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on generated content.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
